RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your ZEPRAX order.

CANCELLATIONS

For most online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel, please contact ZEPRAX within this period. After telling us you want to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process any refund due within 14 days.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. We do not refund additional delivery costs where you chose a more expensive delivery option.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item when you cancel your order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact ZEPRAX as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Where an item has been personalised or custom-made to your specific requirements, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may not apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
